About Ecmo Oxygenator
MAQUETs new HLS CANNULAE can be inserted percutaneously
or with a surgical cut-down. Arterial and venous
cannulae are available in a choice of sizes and in sertion
lengths to meet all needs for peripheral cannulation.
Cannula bodies are made of biocompatible polyurethane
Reinforced with a flat wire for lowest wall thickness
and high flow rates
Large range of sizes to match different patient
requirements
Sizes from 15 Fr. to 29 Fr.
Different insertion lengths are available,
starting with 15, 23, 38 and ending with 55 cm
Locked introducer to keep introducer in place
during insertion
Optimized transition between introducer and cannula tip
Unique depth marks to control the insertion depth
Depth gauge in addition to define maximum insertion depth
A pair of side holes on every arterial tip
Selective hardened proximal cannula body to prevent
kinking after insertion
Alternating pairs of side holes on every venous cannula
All side holes are reinforced to prevent kinking
All cannulae can be inserted percutaneously over
a 0.038" guidewire
BIOLINE coated versions are available
Extended application time of 30 days in combination
with a PLS or HLS System
